REGISTRATION OPENS ON MAY 1, 2026 AT 9:00 AM AND CLOSES ON MAY 31, 2026 AT 5:00PM.

  • Participation in our Festival is based on a first come, first serve basis. The first seven registrants in each category will secure a spot.

  • Please sign up even if you feel you are late-to-the-game. In the past we have had people who cancel and we need alternates to fill these spaces.

  • Festival participants must be present for our mandatory in-person meeting on Wednesday, July 15 at 5:30pm in Fort Collins, Colorado.

  • This event will take place rain or shine. 

  • Expect to hear from us regarding the status of your participation during the first week of June.

  • Participation in this event is completely free because of our amazing sponsors. Your commitment to being there for the entirety of the event is paramount to a successful day. If you cannot be there for the whole event, please consider us again next year.
